Caffe Nero Store number 625 Finchley Road visited on 11/9/2021

This was Alan's 343rd Caffe Nero visited since 2014.

This was the worst of the 343 Caffe Nero's that I have visited so far on Alan's Nero Tour. I asked if I could take a photo of the attractive ornate glass mirror on the wall and was told "No photos are allowed", I then asked for a receipt and was told the receipt will show on my mobile phone, I like to have a printed paper receipt for my records, I was then given one. I had paid (using the Caffe Nero app) for a Decaf Tea with separate jug of cold milk and a pack of Egg sandwiches on a plate, I was not offered a tray so had two trips to and from the counter and my chosen table, which had not been cleared after the previous customer. There were no other customers waiting to be served, it was not busy. Overall, not a very friendly atmosphere and not the welcome that I am used to on my many visits to Caffe Nero.

This visit was not a pleasant experience but it has not deterred me from continuing with "Alan's Nero Tour"
